Rhyming with delicious
One slit, twist, it’s all ready
Skin makes the perfect bowl
Scoop it with a spoon
Eat it standing up under the trees
While the birds peck sunflower seeds
No need for ice cream
(although…chocolate sauce…no, I won’t think about that)
Avocado for me!

I love avocados. People do not realize how good they are, and good for you! Full of potassium and vitamin C. I might choose it over ice cream…

Love avocados, but haven’t had many lately. Last year you could buy them 2 or 3 for $1, but this year they’re like $1.59 each.

You’re so right, Cathy. I have a Save-A-Lot nearby and they’ve had them for 79 cents each but then they have to be eaten fast because they’re very ripe!
